Your join form, events, store, and donation form are free to embed. Content components such as a Hall of Fame, officers, sponsors, documents, and news include three free entries of each kind, and the optional WebSuite subscription makes them unlimited.
The money layer
Money settles straight to your bank.
Every dues payment, ticket, donation, and store sale is a direct charge on your own Stripe account. Funds land in your association's bank on Stripe's normal payout schedule.
- Authenible never holds, escrows, or routes your funds — a legal boundary, not a preference.
- Our only fee on payments is 1%, taken automatically as an application fee. Stripe's standard processing is separate.
- Card data is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI SAQ A) — Authenible never sees or stores card numbers.
- Members can pay by card, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, and bank account (ACH).
- Running a league or club instead? Authenible Payments is free for the group — members add a small Service Fee at checkout.

Card prices, with the Service Fee passed on — the default. Paid from a bank account, the league fee is $25.66. Event tickets are one price however they're paid.
Refunds
Refunds are yours to issue.
Your association is the merchant of record, so a refund never waits on us. Issue it from your dashboard and Stripe returns the money to the card or bank account it came from.
- Refund a membership, a gift, or an event registration from the same screen you manage it on — no separate tool, no support ticket.
- The charge lives on your own Stripe account, so the refund debits your balance directly. Authenible makes the API call and never touches the money.
- On events and league payments, the Service Fee is not returned. A refund returns the ticket or league price; the Service Fee does not come back. The one exception is a seat we oversold — that's our error, and the buyer gets the whole amount back.
- Refund a membership or a gift and the payer gets the full amount back — those aren't grossed up at checkout. Your association absorbs Stripe's fee and our 1% on them.
- You see that stated on the refund itself, before you confirm — never in the fine print.
- Store orders are refunded from your Stripe Dashboard for now, and the order in Authenible updates by itself. A refunded item doesn't go back in stock until you change its quantity.
- Issue refunds here rather than in the Stripe Dashboard. A refund made directly in Stripe moves the money but won't update your Authenible records, so the member still reads as paid.
