Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 19, 2026
Authenible, Inc. (“Authenible,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit authenible.com (the “Site”) or use the Authenible association-management platform (the “Services”).
1. Information we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Information you provide. If you contact us via email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. If you create an account, we receive your email address.
- Membership information you provide to an association. When you join an association that uses the Authenible platform, we process the details you enter on its behalf — which may include your name, a member ID, email address, date of birth, sex, phone number, and mailing address. The association is the controller of this information; we process it to provide the platform. Payment card details are handled solely by our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored by Authenible. Mailing-address entry may use Google Places to help you complete your address.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting and analytics providers may collect standard server log data, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our Services;
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
- Communicate with you about updates, new features, and other administrative matters;
- Protect the security and integrity of the Site; and
- Comply with our legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our Site and Services (such as Stripe for payments, and our hosting and email providers), or as required by law, court order, or legal process. If Authenible is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Cookies
The Site may use cookies or similar technologies to remember preferences and to measure aggregate usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some Site features may not function properly without them.
5. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site.
6. Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. To exercise these rights, email us at support@authenible.com.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by other appropriate means.
