Tournament registration

Fill your squads.
Skip the paper entry forms.

Set up your formats and squads, share one link or QR code, and let teams register and pay online. Entry money lands straight in your own bank through Stripe — no waiting for a payout after the tournament.

Free to set up · $18 to activate · for associations, leagues, and clubs.

How it works

From flyer to full squads.

Three steps, all from your dashboard. No paper forms to collect, no checks to chase.

1

Set it up

Name, bowling center and contacts. Then add a format for each event — its division, team size, entry fee and squads, each with how many entries it can take. Pick when registration opens and closes, and your refund cut-off.

2

Activate and share

Activate for $18, and your tournament's page opens. Share the link, or print the QR sign for the lanes and the front desk.

3

Teams register and pay

A captain picks the format and squad, fills in each player, and pays for the whole team. Every player then signs in with their own email to claim their spot.

Your tournament's page

A landing page for every tournament.

No website to build. Each tournament gets its own page — the one place every flyer, QR code, and group text points to.

  • Everything bowlers ask about. The date, the bowling center and its address, each format with its fee and squads, the prize fund, your rules, and who to contact with questions.
  • Spots left, on the page. Every squad shows how many spots are left, and says Full once it fills.
  • Register right there. Bowlers sign in, pick a squad, and pay from the same page. Captains come back to it to manage their team.
  • One link that never changes. Put it on your website, Facebook page, emails, and group texts. Change the details in your dashboard and the page updates within a couple of minutes — nothing to reprint.
  • A QR sign, ready to print. For the lanes and the front desk, with the page address printed under the code.
  • Check it before it goes live. Until you activate, the page says Pending and takes no entries, so you can look it over first.

For the people entering

Easy for captains and their teams.

  • Spots left, live. Each squad shows how many spots are left. A spot is held while someone pays, so two teams can't buy the last one.
  • Card or bank. Pay by card or Apple Pay. If you allow it, bank account (ACH) too — it closes 7 business days before the start so a payment has time to clear.
  • One payment for the team. The captain pays every entry fee at once. Teammates don't need to pay anything — they sign in once to claim their spot.
  • Reminders that matter. Players who've claimed their spot get a reminder a week before and the day before. The captain gets a nudge if a teammate hasn't claimed yet.
  • Plans change. Before your cut-off, a bowler can cancel online and get the entry fee back. After it, they can ask you, and you decide.

For the tournament director

Everything on one screen.

Formats and squads

Run several formats at once — say Division 1 singles on lanes 1–16 and Division 2 youth teams on lanes 19–36. Each has its own fee, priced per team or per player, and up to 20 squads with their own limits. Add an overall limit if you like.

Teams that can change

Swap a player any time, or add up to 3 subs. A player who's already claimed and gets swapped out becomes a sub, so nobody is dropped by accident. Every change is logged.

Every entry in one list

See who paid, every player, who has claimed, and the subs. Filter by format or squad, and download a spreadsheet with one line per player.

Cash and checks too

Record an entry paid at the desk. It takes a spot like any other and lands in the same list.

Refunds from your dashboard

Refund an entry fee in one click — it goes back the way it was paid and the spot opens up. The Service Fee isn't refunded.

Youth tournaments

Youth players don't need an email. Add a player ID and birth month and year if you like — the spreadsheet works out each player's age.

Your money

Entry fees go straight to your bank.

  • Every entry payment goes from the bowler to your own Stripe account. Authenible never holds, routes, or escrows your money — so there's no payout to wait for after the tournament.
  • Receipts are emailed in your name, and you get an email for every new entry.
  • You set the rules: your fees, your squad limits, your refund cut-off (anywhere from 24 to 120 hours before the first squad).

Pricing

Free to set up. $18 to activate.

Build your tournament for free. When you're ready to take entries, activate it for $18, one time — a promo code can make it free. After that, by default bowlers add a small Service Fee when they pay, so your tournament banks the entry fees you set.

Example: 40 entries at $85 is $3,400 in entry fees, in your bank. Your cost was $18.
